Our Services
We have solutions ranging from Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA)
and Flex Circuit to complete product assembly and Box Build. We utilized all of
the leading edge manufacturing methodologies such as Lead Free Soldering for both Surface Mount Technology and Selective Wave Soldering ( both clean and no-clean).
We do SMT, Flip Chip, Fine Pitch BGA, Chip on Board (COB) in a clean room environment.
Testing disciplines include In Circuit Testing and various Functional Testing (FCT).
We offer Static and Dynamic Burn in, Chemical Compound Encapsulation ( Potting ), Conformal Coating and Aqueous Cleaning using De-ionized Water. We also provide other extended services such as ODM, DFT, DFM and Order Fulfillment Warehousing. On the
material side we utilize a web based worldwide procurement methodology that takes
advantage of our position in Denmark, Singapore and the USA. |
